Questions about plans and payment
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-off payment for a fixed length. Before it ends, message us if you'd like to continue and we'll confirm the renewal with you. If you don't renew, the service simply stops at the end of the term.
Can I switch to a longer plan later?
Yes. When your current plan is due to end, choose any length you like for the next one. Message us before it ends so there's no gap in viewing.
Are there any extra fees?
Our price is the price you pay for the service. The only possible extra is if you choose a player app that charges its own fee in an app store. We'll point that out before you install it, and there are free options for most devices.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Some states charge sales tax on digital services; if tax applies where you live, it's confirmed with you before you pay and shown on your receipt.
Can I watch on more than one screen?
Tell us how many screens you want to use at the same time before you pay, and we'll confirm in writing what your plan covers.
What if I change my mind?
Plans never renew automatically, so you're never locked in. Our cancellation policy explains how to stop early, and our refund policy covers cases where the service can't work on your device.
