The short version
- We collect only what we need to provide the service and support you.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- We don't store full card numbers. Payments are handled by payment providers.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
This policy explains how IPTV GOLD ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through iptvgoldd.com, WhatsApp, email and our service. Questions? Contact us at support@iptvgoldd.com.
Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address when you contact us or order.
- Commercial information: the plan you chose, its dates, the amount paid and the payment confirmation. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Device and support information: your device model, app name, any device ID or MAC address you send for activation, and the messages and screenshots you share when asking for help.
- Internet activity on our service: technical records needed to deliver and protect the service, such as login activity and connection logs.
- Website information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
We collect this information directly from you, from your device when you use the service, and from payment providers confirming your payment. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law.
How we use it
- To provide your subscription, send your login details and give setup help.
- To answer questions before you buy, including free trial requests.
- To keep financial and tax records we are required to keep.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and account sharing, and to keep the website and service secure.
- To send service messages and, only if you opt in, occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or share your personal information
In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law, and we have no plans to. Because we don't sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request.
Where information is processed
Some of our service providers, and some members of our support team, may process information outside the United States. Where that happens, we use contractual and technical safeguards so your information is protected consistently with this policy.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: seven years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Support conversations: up to 24 months after your last plan ends, so we can help if you return.
- Contact-form messages from non-customers: up to 12 months.
- Server logs: a short period for security, normally no more than 90 days.
Keeping it secure
We use access controls, encrypted connections where available and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own login details private and tell us right away if you think they have been exposed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information we no longer need;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling (we don't do these);
- appeal a decision we make about your request.
To make a request, email support@iptvgoldd.com from the address or number you used with us. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires (45 days under California law). You may use an authorized agent, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. We extend these rights to all customers, wherever they live.
Children's privacy
Our service is sold only to adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Our website does not track you across other sites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change how it works.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and we'll notify customers of material changes.
